D&B Auto Rental

Run far away from this business. The car we rented was a jeep wrangler, meant for island fun, it was filthy, had a check engine light on and another warning light while constantly beeping. We made it a few blocks and turned back to say this car is having some issues. This company demanded we pay $500 for an upgrade ( the wrangle is an upgraded vehicle) to get a vehicle that was not damaged or filthy. There are far greater companies on the island. Do not do business here. The staff were beyond rude and pretended to lack basic common sense of how to resolve this issue. Now we will be stuck waiting for a refund while finding another car to rent elsewhere. I can not say enough about the lack of customer service, the disregard for our safety in their vehicle or the out right dismissal of the issues at hand. Avoid this place and the horrible people inside at all costs.

This place is excellent and prices are fair. Ricardo is excellent. You could never, and I mean never ever ever, see this kind of customer service in the US.

Simple, they pick u up at the airport and great pricing for a small car which is quite useful if you forget to drive on the correct side of the road😅😅😅 (less roadkill if u get what I am saying!)
