11 months agoIf I could I would give them 0 stars. I booked a rental from this buisness and no one came to pick us up from airport. I even confirmed 3hrs before arrival that there will be a staff member to greet us before our flight out of Pearson airport. Well we waited for 1hr so decided to take a shuttle which was $50 for 4 including our 2 small kids. I then proceeded to fire of an email about the situation and the just ignored it like nothing happened. For ppl with family do yourself a due diligence and never rent from this place I wouldn't want to take a risk of either them showing up or not showing up and wasting your time and energy. Especially with kids that want to eat something right after a long flight. Here is my screen shot and youbcan see no reply from them after confirming that I'm flying in
