We rented a car for our 6 day stay on the island. From the time we booked until the day we left Jay was very friendly, responsive and available for any questions during our time, even providing lots of local recommendations for us. The compact car was in great condition and got us all around the island without any worries at all! The check in/check out process was seamless. Bolt Rent-a-CarMy husband Robert G.contacted Bolt rentals from BC Canada prior to our trip in February 2024. We thought this company was quite reasonable and within our budget. We arrived in Turks & Caicos (Providenciales) and we called the rep and he said he was waiting in the upper airport parking lot. The paperwork was quick, and professional. If I could give this company a 7 stars I would! After having a hard time with other car rental companies I came across BOLT car rental and I can say I’ve been nothing short of pleased! They were very communicative and super helpful every step of the way from booking to return. The rental process was stress free. (Emphasis on stress free). They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They were super helpful with offering some great island activities to experience, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They were super friendly, communicative and overall ready to meet your needs. My rental was great, had no issues and did the job during my stay on the island. I was very comfortable. We had a great experience with Bolt. Communication was impeccable both before, during and after the rental. Pick up and drop off were easy at the airport. The car was in good working order and was nicer than cars we've rented in other Caribbean islands from some of the bigger brands. I would use them again and recommend.
