Such an unbelievable rental car company. I would give Jay and his team 6 stars or 120% on customer satisfaction. Whether it’s guiding to the best restaurants and bars to being there within 15 mins if you have a problem (that you create) or helping with luggage to the Northwest part of the Island. Bolt is a fantastic customer experience. Thank you for being apart of one of the best vacations our family has had. Respect.

Tried to rent a car last minute for a Christmas trip and it's sold out everywhere. Jay@Bolt was kind enough to let me know they are all booked, too. And he helped me find an available car from another rental agency! Very above and beyond customer support!

We decided to rent a car last minute, and when most everything was booked, Jay went out of his way and got us a car from another company. He met us at the airport and made sure we got the car and even offered to get us a bigger one when it looked like it would be a tight squeeze. He made our vacation much better by getting us a car. No issues with the car and the personal, professional customer service could not be better! Thank you Jay!

Communication before arrival was amazing and the car and Bolt representative, Steen. was at the airport waiting for us to pick it up. The car was in good condition and prices were reasonable. Drop off was simple. Jay and Steen with Bolt Rental had amazing customer service. We will definitely use them again when we return to Turks!

Came on a vacation with my wife. It was like I was in paradise. My flight got delayed 3 hours and I thought they were closed.
