Perfect villa, The most amazing views!!From the moment you step in the front doors, the views of the turquoise water takes your breath away. The stunning views of the ocean can be seen from every part of the villa. We stayed in Villa 1. Having recently returned from our first trip to Turks and Caicos, I have to say staying at Sing a song Villas was the best choice we’ve made! It is simply perfect!! It definitely exceeded our expectations!! It was ideal for my family!! It suited our needs and wants perfectly!! Couldn’t ask for anything more! It is private, modern, very comfortable, well appointed furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, well maintained, and has just about everything you’ll need!! Such great amenities as well, like the beautiful pool, private beach, paddle boards, kayaks, beach volleyball court, large outdoors chess board, beautifully landscaped garden, beach bed, and so much more, all of which we enjoyed!! The entire place is so peaceful, and beautiful, you would not want to leave this villa.There are views from every part of the villa, even the showers. The huge pocket sliding glass doors opens up to the pool deck bringing the outdoors in, and extending the indoors out. We love that the patio deck has glass railings which allows for an unobstructed view. In all the bedrooms the beds were situated in front of large glass doors overlooking the ocean!! Nothing like waking up to that spectacular view!! Even though I was on vacation I woke up at 6:30am to catch the sunrise, so calming and peaceful!! (There are powered shades if you so choose to have them down and sleep in). Morning strolls on the beach was so refreshing!! Just love that we were steps away from the beach!! I can’t say enough of how beautiful this villa is!! If peace and tranquillity and privacy is what you’re looking for, look no further, this is the place for you! We love the location of this villa, as it is on an exclusive side of the island. Everything is within 10-15 minutes drive - grocery, restaurants, shopping, resorts, the airport, etc. You will need a car to get around. You’re away from the crowds, yet close enough to everything. The owner Jose was a great host and great to work with! We had to reschedule this trip a few times due to circumstances, but Jose was very understanding and accommodating. We really appreciated that! He gave us a warm welcome when we got there and was easy to reach if we had any questions or needed anything.We love everything about this Villa!! My family had such an amazing time!! Our kids were not ready to leave! They had a blast!! That by itself says a lot!! Will definitely be back in the future!! I would highly recommend this villa. Love it!! Thank you Sing a Sing Villas!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Caicos island at its best! The house itself is gorgeous it has a warm and inviting feeling, high vaulted ceilings, glass sliding doors throughout, everything is in great conditions with all the modern finishes and very CLEAN! House comes complete with all the amenities, your own grill with a grease trap, all the utensils you need to chef it up and have the best cookouts! Very family oriented with lots of space. My son, who is 5 years old loved running around the house and I felt comfortable letting him do that without breaking anything. The house has a gorgeous pool overlooking the beach, which is literally your backyard. You basically don’t have to leave the house. The only time we left was to get groceries. (Grocery store conveniently located minutes away) Back yard has a cool island feel to it with a huge BEACH BED, Kayaks with life Jackets and Volleyball court ! The entrance of the beach is very shallow and has crystal clear water making it safe for my son to enter and hangout. Overall this place deserves more than 5 stars!

Sing A Song Villas is such a VIBE.... and that Vibe is ultimate luxury. We had the pleasure of staying in the newly constructed Villa 3. The rooftop was my favorite space and offered views from every direction, coupled with our own plunge pool and private beach, it was pure serenity. It was better than advertised and Jose's hospitality was superb. If you are looking for the ultimate Turks&Caicos Holiday, there is only one way to Provo, and that is Sing A Song. We will be long time customers of these villas and we would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying on the beautiful island of Turks & Caicos.

AMAZING Getaway! We loved staying in the 2 BR villa with the glass waterfall pool. Gorgeous views, clear water -- and a fully equipped house. We spent most of each day on the fabulous beach beds - though we could have kayaked or played a giant chess game too. Jose was great in accommodating our every need! Can't wait to go back!

The Sing-a-song Villa was truly amazing. The pics don’t do it justice. Our family spent Thanksgiving week here and Jose and his team made sure our stay was perfect every step of the way. The beach water is as clear as the swimming pool. The house is new construction and it truly shows. The kids loved the water toys, pools and reliable WiFi for their game systems when they finally did come inside at night. We will definitely be back.
