The Ritz-Carlton

This has definitely been one of the best vacation destinations by far! The Ritz Carlton Turks goes above and beyond! The location, the amenities, the food and best of all, the staff is top tier! The staff is amazing!! I was considering the resort next door but as I arrived I knew I had made the best decision, zero regrets. The ritz is new, modern and just gives you that feeling of exclusiveness! They ensure all their guests receive the best experience during their stay! You will not regret it!! Book your next vacation and stay at the Ritz! I felt like royalty everyday during my stay. Elegance, class and extraordinary customer service! Wait there is more!! Food is delicious, drinks are amazing, complimentary sunscreen, towel service, they have it all!

We just came back after a week vacation. Overall we had a great experience. When checking in, we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary but also, our luggage with all our clothes did not make it on the plane. So one of the staffers, Miguel, sent a couple of T-shirts and hats to our room to help with the situation. He also sent a bottle of Prosecco a couple days later on our anniversary.I think there is room for improvement with some of the other staff, some were friendly and some were not.I kinda liked the flag on your beach/pool chair to indicate you’d like food/drinks. They responded right away and the food came out like 15 min later. I’d like to give Calvin a shout out from the pool staff. He was so attentive, polite, funny, and we had some great conversations!The location was great, there were many stores to shop at and great places to eat in Grace Bay. Our favorite dinner by far was at BLT Steak at the Ritz. Top notch service! And the food was outstanding! The Ritual was also terrific for a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee!We enjoyed the Lady Grace sunset cruise, the staff and experience were great!Our check out process was frustrating, it took way too long having to wait for a printed copy of our receipt.We weren’t so impressed that we would stay here again as we’ve heard great things about other places.

Service in the reception area and through the hotel area was excellent. Service in the Infiniti restaurant was not as good. Our hostess and the food was very good, but it was obvious that some of the employees did not understand or care how much they contribute to the patron's experience.We had a good time, but understand this Ritz is not up to the standards of other luxury hotels we've stayed in. For example, the folks below us had a water leak from our bathroom, but the water was only going down the drain in the shower! We also notice a tiny amount of water around the tub (which we never used during our stay). That makes me wonder about the integrity of the plumbing. We would stay there again, and when that time comes, to be fair, I would add an updated review.

Can not say how disappointed we were with our stay. I was expensive being a Ritz, but this place is over the top. The service was just pathetic. I mean horrible. In my opinion this hotel needs a new GM. We met many people who came to the property to use the services like Lady Grace. They stayed there previously and vowed to never stay there again. So much opportunity but bad management can destroy even the best places. This is a primary example. Their is a strong I don't care attitude and many of the staff reiterate it between themselves. Just just a disappointment. Makes me sick to think of that I paid and what I got....

We had an absolutely amazing experience at one of the most beautiful resort properties we've found in the world at the Ritz Carlton in Turks and Caicos.The staff at this facility exceeded our expectations daily.From lunch at the Club to drinks poolside, we noticed that this property seemed to be 'dialed-in' - every request had been anticipated and attention was paid to all details. The staff was always well trained and on point.I had a small business issue come up unexpectedly and I needed a room to setup a conference call. Within minutes I found myself in the office of the gm, who took the time to listen to my request and then remind me with a sparkle in his eye that I was staying at the Ritz Carlton! Problem solved gracefully and efficiently.The food was fantastic at the steakhouse, the sushi / bar in the lobby, and upstairs in the Club.10 / 10 - VISIT THIS LOCATION!
