Can’t get any better. Can’t be any closer.We have come to Turks & Caicos regularly and the Ritz is by far our favorite place to stay on the island.The grounds are beautiful and it’s close to everything.Kids club is great. A pool just for the kids and a quiet pool for adults. Gym is 24/7.Not mention, you are right on Grace Bay, the most beautiful beach we have ever been to.

Our stay at the Ritz made our trip amazing! The property is spacious and very clean. The room with ocean front view was magical! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Brandy checked us in and she was such a vibe. Akeem at the bar treated us so well. We will definitely be back!!

Great hotel with exceptional service. We were greeted with rum punch and water upon check in. We stayed in the ocean view, two bedroom suite and there was the most beautiful view from this room! I was there for a birthday trip and they were very sweet to remember and surprised me with a birthday cupcake in my room. The maids go the extra mile and neatly laid out my jewelry on a table and toiletry items in the bathroom. There was turn down service every evening, where they leave chocolates (one with Passionflower and another with Valerian), cartons of water at the bedside table. We loved all of these little details! There was live music in the lobby on the weekends and this was such a vibe. There is a spa, a casino, a gym, two swimming pools and plenty of lawn chairs on the beach. From the maids, to the waitresses at restaurants, to concierge…everyone was a delight. Special shot out to Luz, one the waitresses at the restaurant, for making sure a birthday girl was properly taken care of. You are too sweet, thank you so much, love! I am already planning another trip to The Ritz for next year.

This was our first time traveling to the Turks. We have stayed at The Ritz in other cities and always have received phenomenal service and this specific Ritz did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we truly received five star service. Everyone from the concierge to the GM went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Wednesday night, they hosted an hour long event for Bonvoy members. The GM came and after meeting him, it is easy to understand why this was such a fantastic experience. Thank you Wilbert! We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait to return. Thank you to everyone for your gracious hospitality and we will see you again soon!

Went to the casino and stayed for 1.30hrs, I played about 7 different slots and was passed about 50 times by the waiters and waitress and they did not offer me not one drink but all the white customers they were running too offer drinks. Then when I said something to my wife about it and the waiter was close then he came and offered but we were already about to leave. I guess they've been trained to treat certain customers a certain way, I just purchased some property there but I will never step foot in that casino again.
