The Ritz-Carlton

We had an absolutely amazing experience at one of the most beautiful resort properties we've found in the world at the Ritz Carlton in Turks and Caicos.The staff at this facility exceeded our expectations daily.From lunch at the Club to drinks poolside, we noticed that this property seemed to be 'dialed-in' - every request had been anticipated and attention was paid to all details. The staff was always well trained and on point.I had a small business issue come up unexpectedly and I needed a room to setup a conference call. Within minutes I found myself in the office of the gm, who took the time to listen to my request and then remind me with a sparkle in his eye that I was staying at the Ritz Carlton! Problem solved gracefully and efficiently.The food was fantastic at the steakhouse, the sushi / bar in the lobby, and upstairs in the Club.10 / 10 - VISIT THIS LOCATION!

Not the fanciest of the Ritz hotels but fantastic nonetheless. I would stay again. Beautiful grounds. Great beach. Adult only and family pool areas. Amazing food. I would call it a 4.5 out of 5 just because it's just not quite as fancy but still fabulous.

We are two days into our 4 night stay here and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff have been very attentive and gracious.Upon arrival at the hotel, we received a warm greeting from the staff which include a glass of refreshing rum punch. After traveling for 7 hrs that was very refreshing.We were upgraded to an ocean view room which was very nice being this is our first time in Turks & Caicos. The room is very spacious. I was totally into the Napresso coffee maker in our room. I think housekeeping picked up on that since they kept our Napresso pods well stocked during our stay.Both the pool and beach attendants went out of there way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They even insisted on setting out towels and setting up the lounge chairs for us when arrived in the pool/beach area. We were not expecting that level of service and it was definitely a nice touch. Kudos to the pool and beach staff.Looking forward to the rest of our stay. We have the snorkel tour booked on the Lady Grace tomorrow and just hoping the weather holds out.

The best thing about this whole place is Cruz, he will give you a tour on the jet skis! We got to see dolphins, an absolutely amazing experience. He went out of his way to make sure we had such a fantastic time. He was super kind and considerate. Make sure you ask for Cruz!! Can’t wait to see him again!

I didn’t stay at the resort but we came buy for a bite to eat and to catch a sunset cruise on the Lady Grace. The grounds are beautiful and kept up at the level you would expect from a Ritz property. We stopped at three outside restaurant for a few snacks and drinks. Everything was delicious, 5 stars just for three food alone. Our server was polite and very quick getting our orders.
