I had meniscus surgery in Germany, and after returning to the Turks and Caicos Islands, I needed to have the stitches removed after 14 days. I had the best experience at the Grace Bay Medical Center. Dr. Ana Ives did an excellent job. She removed the stitches without any pain. The clinic is very sterile and well-equipped. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

visited with my little one for croup cough and was thoroughly impressed by the care we received. The doctors and staff were excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. We were seen by both the general family doctor and the pediatrician on site, who provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

*Hopefully* you don't have to visit a medical center, especially if you're on vacation. If something happens to you like what happened to me, though, do not hesitate to come here for care! I rolled my foot while playing pickleball, and there was some intense pain and swelling that subsided slightly with ice. Decided to come here anyway as a walk-in and make sure everything was okay. The staff was super polite, and we were seen to start taking vitals within 15 minutes. Not even 15 minutes later, I was in a room with Dr. Holly Missick and she was checking my foot out. Everyone was very patient, kind, and matched our humor about getting injured while on vacation. A normally scary situation of visiting a care facility in another country was immediately and consistently not a worry. Within an hour we had x-rays, a proper diagnosis, a treatment plan, and were preparing to check out. All said and done, I got a boot, crutches, x-rays, and diagnosis in just a few hundred dollars (USD); very well worth it since the break could have been a LOT worse if it let it go. I was able to get follow-up emails from the team very quickly after, preparing me with all the scans and notes from to deliver to my specialist when I got back.I absolutely can't stress enough: if you feel the need to see urgent care in beautiful Provo, Grace Bay Medical Centre will make you glad you did!

In mid-June and late-August 2024 I had two separate accidents (while having too much fun) that necessitated medical care. In both cases Dr. Jan Aler, General Physician at Grace Bay Medical Center, provided me EXCEPTIONAL CARE! Not only was he EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the Treatment needed for my injuries, but also INCREDIBLY PATIENT explaining everything to me. In addition, the Nurses and Administrative Staff tried to make everything as smooth as possible under somewhat stressful situations. IT IS EXTREMELY COMFORTING TO KNOW THAT THE MEDICAL SERVICES OF GRACE BAY MEDICAL CENTER IS AVAILABLE TO ME IN THE FUTURE - should it become necessary. Thank You Dr. Aler! ABS

While on vacation in Provodenciales, my elderly husband took a fall and cut his leg badly. Our hotel put us in touch with Dr. Jan Aler from Grace Bay Medical Center who had us come in to the clinic. They took Frank almost immediately and went on to clean and totally dress and stitch his wounds, even taking an xray just to be certain. The cost of it all was minimal and the care exceptional. His skin is very thin and the stitching was so precise and perfectly stitched.. Our doctor ,here in the states, can't believe how well it was done and due to Dr. Jan, his leg is nearly healed in record time.
