3 weeks agoI love Grace Bay Beach and this beautiful resort!! Our stay was perfect, good service, amazing drinks and food. The seafood restaurant on the Alexandra grounds is AMAZING!! The seafood was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The grounds on this resort are beautiful, peaceful, and very safe. We also got to visit the other location in the city sister hotel for a few hours. They offer the free shuttle from the resort. During the day, they grilled this chicken that's DELICIOUS with corn and some homemade salsa. They offer some night activities in the patio. I love Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos!! ♥️🏝🐚🦞🌴🍹🥥♥️

2 months agoThe Alexandra is wonderful. Sitting on beautiful grace bay, the turquoise water will take your breath away. The staff at the Alexandra are all polite and looking to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Our meals were all delicious. As one of the few all inclusive resorts in Provo, you will not be disappointed with the meal options at each of the on resort restaurants. The resort grounds are very well kept and it looks like it is straight out of a magazine. I can't recommend the Alexandra enough!

4 months agoWell worth the money! The food was excellent it was fresh and seasoned well. The drinks were Top shelf liquor. The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed here for 5 days and I hated to go home. This hotel has free activities and it's family oriented. My only complaint is all music and activities shut down at 10pm. Spending this type of money I feel the hotel should do better! And also keep the adult partying separate from kids.

3 months agoMy husband and I had an AMAZING honeymoon there (June 2022). Food excellent. Service excellent (special thanks to Byanca who always ensured we got a table at a restaurant when we forgot to make a reservation😀). The Beach, spectacular, as were the staff who always ensured we had food and drinks. There was no evening entertainment, but it didn't matter. Only small negative is that the correct amount of towels put in our room each day was inconsistent. However, front desk did have them delivered. We look forward to vacationing there again. A beautiful place for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Suggestion to management: please provide lighter material uniforms for the women to wear. As you know it is very hot and must be very uncomfortable, especially if going through menopause. If management is predominantly male, consider consulting with women for suggestions.

4 months agoWe visited property the first week of July (2023) to celebrate milestone birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Everyone in our group found something at this property to fall in love with and we all hated to leave. The food truck restaurant has the BEST food, but not all restaurants on this property have equally amazing food. The beach is exquisite, but we were met by one of the Caicos tours workers who used derogatory racial language that we didn’t appreciate and when we asked him to stop, he didn’t. This continued for a days. It appeared that workers for the resort knew this was a repeated pattern for this particular young man and we get they did what they could to help. We appreciated Rhazzor’s help with this. Go to the sister hotel, Blue Haven and resent the kayaks for free. Then go into the canal to kayak with the sea turtles and see all kinds of other aquatic life. I noticed most of the shops offered reef safe sunscreen. I would recommend the resort include a sample of this as well as an educational card helping vacationers understand the importance of preserving and respecting the reef. Especially since this location is becoming more and more a tropical vacation destination. In all, when looking for a tropical vacation in the future Alexandria Resort will be highly considered.
