The Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The level of service provided was top-notch - attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.Additionally, I had the pleasure of visiting their sister resort, the Blue Haven, and it was equally as delightful. The service at Blue Haven mirrored that of Alexandra - impeccable and truly a step above the rest. The ambience at both resorts was serene and luxurious, adding to the overall experience of relaxation and enjoyment.Overall, my visit to Alexandra Resort and Blue Haven was nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend both resorts for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Turks and Caicos.

Loved our stay. Staff are wonderful! Natalie was always attentive behind the bar. Kimberly is a great server at the Truck Stop which was a favorite and we ate there several times. Can't leave out Edmund, Jacques and Skylar and I don't know names but the entertainment/ activity crew were awesome. Such a great time, good food and fun.

The rooms vary in quality. Some rooms are older and some are modern. The food was okay (the jerk spot near the beach was best). This is a small low-key place and great if you’re looking for simplicity and quiet and you aren’t bent over having endless entertainment. It’s great if you want to simply relax. Our rooms were cleaned and mopped daily which was helpful in keeping down the sand traction. The beach area was clean. The sister resort that is 20 minutes is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Though their beach area is much smaller since they are near a marina. All in all, it’s an all right place. Though I wish the food had been better.

My family and I just spent a week at the Alexandra Resort. There was 10 of us including 6 adults, 2 children 5 & 7, and 2 infants. The Good: The resort is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They clean daily, making the beds, supplying fresh towels, and mopping the floors. The beds are comfortable, and have a tv in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a tub. The air conditioning is wonderful. I travel with a fan because I have been hot and uncomfortable in so many different places, but Alexandra rooms are very cool and comfy. There is a full kitchen and they supply the refrigerator daily with bottled water, sodas, and beer. The balcony is huge and has comfy seating, very nice. The food was delicious. We have been to all inclusive resorts and the food was not the best quality. The food at Alexandra is quality, and tasty. The beach is fabulous and not crowded like the bigger resorts. We had no problem getting beach chairs for all of our family. There is a bar right at the beach which makes it easy and convenient for drinks. We do not drink alcohol but drank quite a few virgin pina coladas. I can't speak for or against the alcoholic drinks. Someone is usually walking around on the beach asking if you would like something which is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Not so Good: The check in was a little slow, but in their defense, we did have 10 people (3 rooms). The check in staff seemed a little inexperienced. We were given papers that explained the restaurants and the times and which ones needed reservations. There were QR codes to make reservations. We quickly found out that nothing is updated as far as the restaurants. The website listed restaurants that don't even exist any longer. The paper we were given was not accurate as far as times and menus. Even the television resort guide was not up to date. So between the tv, the website, and the papers, we felt lost as far as the food venues were concerned. The QR codes did not allow us to make reservations so we had to call someone which did help us get a few reservations. They really need to update their website because it's misleading to think you will have all these many choices that you really don't have. As I stated previously, the food was wonderful, but if you don't have a reservation the Asu is about your only choice. The Dragon Orchid doesn't exist. They still provide a sushi experience (with reservation) but you just don't know where they will be serving it. We had plans to eat at "The Truck Stop" one night which said it was open according to our paper but it was closed. So the food thing was a little aggravating. The pool is huge and in the center of the resort. We didn't swim in it much at all because the water was cloudy and had debris floating in it. The one thing that really bothered me to the point that I said something to one of the staff, was all these little doors next to every room. It is a full size door but more narrow wide. They spark curiosity because every room has one near the entrance door. One might think it is for pool floats or such like. My adult son opened one on the fourth floor and it was a complete drop to the bottom floor. It appears to be for access to pipes, but we checked several and every door is unlocked. An adult could fit in it which means a child could easily fit in it and fall several floors. I was shocked that these were not locked. It seems like such a dangerous liability. I made sure my family knew to keep the kids away from them. The staff member I told didn't seem concerned. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would go here again. However, I would plan more wisely knowing what I know about the restaurants.

We had the most amazing 4th of July. Shout out to the staff (Keisha, Corey and Sky at the Coconut Bar) who were always professional, courteous and fun. They define what true customer service is. Natalee the manager was also amazing helping out the staff. Oselina at the Black Rock restaurant was the sweetest and knew exactly what we wanted every time she saw us. Angelina our hostess was always pleasant and had a friendly smile.
