DO NOT USE! Had a 5pm 4/4 Clear Mangrove trip reserved and used GPS directions that were provided only to find that no one was there, small walkway with small beach. Called at 4pm Left msg and again 2 more times, no answer or call back. Called again next morning offering to do the tour Friday instead of a refund and still no response. No refund or contact by company has been made. I will be reviewing on Trip Advisor, Google, etc how extremely disappointing this experience has been.

Bryson our guide was awesome! The sea life was amazing and being someone who likes a little higher adventure brought us into an area to see sharks up close. The winds were calm, seas were clear and sharks at our feet = a great time! Just to be clear, nurse and lemon sharks, so there was no danger. Definitely would do it again only if Bryson is our guide! For an adventure, call them, you won’t be disappointed. Than you for a great trip!

This company is a disaster and a scam. They did not do the tour we reserved for. The tour, which cost $108 per person, lasted for just 30 minutes and we never made it to the mangroves. During the tour, 2 kayaks took on so much water that they sank, one with a small child. We were lucky that it was in a very shallow area. After the tour, we told the operator that we did not get anything near what we had been promised but he demanded full payment anyway.

My husband and I did the clear kayak tour in the mangroves with Tristan and Bod and absolutely loved it!! They were knowledgeable, fun and friendly. I had mistakenly booked the ocean kayak rather than the clear and was super bummed but Tristan sent for another clear one so we could have that experience, it was so thoughtful, he really wanted us to have the best experience. Would highly recommend the tour and of course Tristan and Bob, they really took everything up a notch!

tldr => An amazing tour and tour guide (Tristan) but overall lackluster experience due to logistics around it.The actual tour was great, Tristian was very knowledgeable, told you everything you wanted to know and more, knew where to go for animals, and got you into the water for very hands on fun.The rest of the logistics was a mess and really hampers the overall experience. Seems like the tours are always tied to high-tide, why let customers book an 8AM tour (as we did) when it could say “Afternoon” or “Time To Be Confirmed”?Also the meeting point confusion seems silly, the meeting point they sent us (marina) in email and also confirmed by our taxi driver that called them directly, DOES NOT SUPPORT KAYAK LAUNCH….. why not send us to the Emerald Point where every kayak mangrove tour from the island launches?Most importantly, the most important thing for a good experience is the customers are reassured that they will know when and where to be for a tour, even if it’s an estimate. 10PM night before a tour is too late and causes lots of uncertainty, anxiety, and phone calls to your company wasting your time. A bit more forward planning and proactiveness will go a long way!
