a year agoBeautiful large house with pool, spa and home theater. Has a pool table, table tennis table and a outdoor barbecue. We'll laid out rooms sleeps 10-12 or 16 with pullout beds and sleeping bag. Has a good outdoor speaker which u can connect ur phone thru wifi and play music out loud. The owner lives right next door. Chef can be arranged thru travelling gourmet company and chef Jose was awesome along with his crew

2 years agoAngel provides a great service. He was able to bring us extra towels, extra sheets, and he set up lounge chairs on the beach for us. Great service, good deal. Just make sure you rent a car to get around the island.

2 years agoFirst off the house is beautiful! Angel (who is the home's caretaker) greeted us with a smile. He answered our questions and his vibe was very comforting we knew we would be in good hands. There were 10 of us and he was professional and very helpful. As a realtor, I noticed the house does need some attention as far as the dishwasher being unusable and other minor touchups here and there. We did not mind washing an drying the dishes. The outlet cover in the bedroom on the outside of the house needs replacing as it is broken. I used the outlet in the bathroom instead. The kitchen sink needs to be re-caulked. These are things that can be missed especially if they are in working order and not causing any issues. Again, as a realtor, these things maybe more noticeable to me. Angel was at the house every morning (before most of my diva gf's) were up, sweeping, opening the umbrellas and putting fresh towels out for us. His smile is contagious and he has an amazing personality. He is attentive and easy-going. He answered any questions we had and never made us feel like we were a bother. Believe me, that was no easy task with all of my girlfriends. LOL. I cannot say enough about Angel. Kenard, you have a prize employee in Angel. It can be a difficult task to find someone trustworthy to care for your property and those who rent out you Airbnb and do it perfectly. The woman who came in to clean mid stay was sweet and kind. Once we arrived home, the next day we agreed that we missed Angel and his smile. We were sad as we wish we had a longer stay. We are ready to come back if we could. An AMAZING time was had by each one of us. Kenard, thank you for such a beautiful home and an amazing staff. I look forward to coming back!!! Wish we could have met you. Continued blessings!
