My husband and I stayed here two weeks ago for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. Seven Stars is truly a 5 star resort - all the amenities and the ease of access to them, the beachfront, the food, the kind service of the staff and housekeeping - everything was top notch. We stayed in the Island view one bedroom suite and loved it, perfect for a couple with three suitcases. We just utilized the front room area for our bags. The room was stocked with cookies and wine which was awesome! We loved sitting on the balcony at night, especially when it was storming and lightning in the distance. The pools were awesome. The Grace Bay beachfront is clean and the water is a stunning turquoise color. I noticed the seven stars beach chairs were more cushioned and better than the Ritz. The staff will put towels on the beach chairs for you and set you up and then you can order food and drinks from your chair. The guy taking orders Lela was so nice and even remembers your name the next day. That's service. We used the free kayaks provided by the resort and had a blast kayaking out somewhat far from the shore. I think my favorite thing about the resort was the awesome breakfast buffet, so many options and so many pastries and fresh fruit. Our experience at Seven stars for our honeymoon could not have been better. I think the most important thing to note - being a gay couple, we never felt discriminated against at any point, so cheers to all of their staff for that.

We couldn't be more happy about our decision to stay here. Our first time on the island so we had no ideas going in, but so glad we chose seven stars over the Ritz next door. The staff were amazing and the property offers everything you could hope for. They offer dedicated areas for adults only, but the kids were all well behaved and not causing any disturbances. The beach and pool chairs were fantastic, we will definitely return here in the future!

Turks is the best Caribbean island to begin with. And this resort is truly amazing. The staff is friendly helpful and makes sure your stay is the best. The rooms are top notch. We had a 2 bedroom suite, it’s huge. I can’t recommend this place enough. I would give it 7 stars.

Just returned from a 4 night stay. This hotel by far is 1st class all the way. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Rooms were impeccable. The property was gorgeous. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Mid afternoon fruit skewer while we were in the pool was handed to us. Someone came to clean our sunglasses even! Wow! What a place. Charles at the adult pool was outstanding! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Thank you Seven Stars for a memorable vacation!

My wife and I traveled to Turks and stayed in the Seven Stars Resort last week and had an absolutely fabulous time! We have been to Turks and Caicos before, and also traveled to many other beautiful beaches and stayed in excellent hotels and resorts. Seven Stars is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. I know several people who spent time in Turks with kids and stayed in other hotels/resorts and did not have as good of a time as we did. I honestly think that the Seven Stars may be one of the best hotels in Turks. We really enjoyed the food, particularly how easy it was to get to all the good restaurants - they are almost all walking distance! My 3-year-old had no problem walking to these restaurants, and we only had to use the stroller once. We rented a car for two days to go to Indigo and travel to the beach with the coral reef, but that is completely optional. You could totally just stay at Seven Stars and have a great time. Our kids aged 3 and 5 loved it! They enjoyed the beach, great food, very nice amenities, and the salt water swimming pool. We could not drag them out of the water even when it rained. The staff at the pool is incredible. They take care of everything. I really don't recall ever been in a swimming pool as clean and nice as this one. Perfect for kids. There was also a separate pool for adults which we did not go to, but it looked good as well. There were other amenities like the playground, but we honestly did not have time to even look at it. We went on an excursion where a shuttle picked us up from the hotel. Setting this up was the easiest thing ever. The front desk staff is amazing here. One of many highlights was when it rained briefly but suddenly, and a gentleman working at the hotel seemed to appear out of nowhere with an umbrella and helped us get back! I've stayed in high-end luxury resorts before, but I've never seen anything like that. Also, the size of the rooms and the beautiful view that you for the price is pretty amazing. These are 1500-2000+ sq ft rooms. Space is really not an issue. Everything was clean, maintenance staff was absoluately terrific, and whatever minor thing came up here and there was taken care off instantly with no effort at all on our part. We were really impressed. There is really no downsides to staying here. The only thing I can think of is that this resort is not right at the coral reef which a few resorts are. This was not at all an issue for us. Getting a rental car is very easy. The agency literally parks it at the hotel for your and hands you the key. You just leave it at the parking lot and return the key to the front desk of the hotel when you are done using the car. No wait, very easy paperwork. The drive from the Seven Stars to the coral reef was 5 min. The other thing is the cost of the hotel. It is not cheap. However, compared to the other high-end resorts in Turks, I think that you get a lot more for your money. Just look up the top 10 resorts in Turks and Caicos and compare the price. We booked through Costco and got a terrific deal as well. The shuttle driving us to and from the airport and daily breakfast were included! In summary, this is a terrific resort. Definitely stay here if you can especially if you have young kids.
