Love love LOVE this resort! Absolutely beautiful location and the grounds are amazing. Everyone here is kind and helpful. There are dedicated areas for adult only relaxation which is a plus for those wanting a quiet, relaxing, kid-free stay. All of the restaurants are amazing. The fitness center is fantastic and I haven't found any negatives about this incredible resort.

My family has been going to Seven Stars in August for many years, since 2016! The facilities are amazing, from the beautiful pool to the immaculate beach! Speaking of the beach, the beach is amazing! I usually would go snorkeling with my uncle to see the beautiful fish and coral reef formations. The pool is also amazing and beautiful, as the water is clean and clear, with the mosaic of the "Seven Stars" logo on the bottom! Dining here has been amazing (I was last here in 2019; my family has gone back in 2021, 2022, and this year- 2024.) They have added two new restaurants to the resort! The breakfast at Seven (the main restaurant) was awesome! The omelets are my recommendation for anyone staying here in the future- they were AMAZING! Dinner at Seven and The Deck were both awesome and delicious. The staff at The Deck made my grandmother's birthday in 2019 so special with a firecracker candle and cake just for her! The watersports here are a lot of fun, such as the water horseback riding activities (as just one example.) The villa we stayed in was beautiful, with a nice full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom! The television channels come from West Palm Beach, Florida, so you get TV from the United States here. All in all, it is an awesome hotel and I hope my family enjoys their stay here in 2024!

My husband and I stayed here two weeks ago for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. Seven Stars is truly a 5 star resort - all the amenities and the ease of access to them, the beachfront, the food, the kind service of the staff and housekeeping - everything was top notch. We stayed in the Island view one bedroom suite and loved it, perfect for a couple with three suitcases. We just utilized the front room area for our bags. The room was stocked with cookies and wine which was awesome! We loved sitting on the balcony at night, especially when it was storming and lightning in the distance. The pools were awesome. The Grace Bay beachfront is clean and the water is a stunning turquoise color. I noticed the seven stars beach chairs were more cushioned and better than the Ritz. The staff will put towels on the beach chairs for you and set you up and then you can order food and drinks from your chair. The guy taking orders Lela was so nice and even remembers your name the next day. That's service. We used the free kayaks provided by the resort and had a blast kayaking out somewhat far from the shore. I think my favorite thing about the resort was the awesome breakfast buffet, so many options and so many pastries and fresh fruit. Our experience at Seven stars for our honeymoon could not have been better. I think the most important thing to note - being a gay couple, we never felt discriminated against at any point, so cheers to all of their staff for that.

At your arrival, you r offer a drink & hot towel. They take care of your bags. Free breakfast, not continental. Nice pools. Beautiful beach front with white clean sand. The water is turquoise blue. Water is clear. So that you can see all the way to the bottom. It is a very nice place to rest, relax and enjoy. Rooms are magnificent with plenty of space and twice a day room service. It is very expensive but it is worth it. Airport very small. Outside the tourist area, it needs a lot more attention. Overall, great destination. Beach Umbrella and chairs are free for guests.

Top to bottom I cannot say enough about our experience. From the beauty of our room, the privacy, bed comfort, beach access, adults only pool, and concierge assistance, this resort really delivered for my wife and I. We had an absolute blast, whether lounging and reading or going to dinner or making arrangements for a snorkeling excursion, the team went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.Specifically, the whole group of girls that greeted us at breakfast each morning at their buffet (which is complementary to guests and is fantastic!!), they could not have been more friendly and our interaction with them each morning was a great start to our day.Their Spa was "Chef's Kiss" fantastic and we were able to indulge in a massage, pedicure and facial while there AND had them scheduled all together which was a fun and enjoyable touch for usFinally, the poolside service was fantastic and I want to give a shoutout to Charles!! He is ABSOLUTELY the MAN!! He was friendly, approachable and absolutely works his butt off to take care of the guests at the adults only pool. I hope the resort realizes how lucky they are to have him and how much their guests like him being there!!I would without any reservations visit this resort again in the future!!
