6 months agoWe have worked with Kathryn Brown since summer of 2014 when she helped us acquire one great condominium at The Palms. Her patience and knowledge about the area was impressive. We stayed in touch and we employed her services again when ready to sell the property in late 2019. Although the Covid-19 lock-down period almost shut everything down, Kathryn was always available with pieces of advice and/or suggestions about our listing, which successfully closed this summer.
