Papa J Tours

My parents and I took an island tour with Dwight and it was exceptional! At first we were a bit hesitant since we've never done a tour that wasn't directly through carnival but Dwight made us feel incredibly welcome and safe throughout the entire tour. We were lucky to have the majority of the tour be just us and Dwight and it made it feel a lot more personal, he shared a remarkable amount of knowledge with us about the island, it's people and it's history.The tour itself was cheaper than the ones offered by Carnival directly for the island and not only did it feel like a better value than previous tours we have done at other islands, it was easily one of our favourite tours overall, largely due to Dwight!I can't speak to every service provided by Papa J Tours, but the Island Tour with Dwight was phenomenal and I would easily recommend this to anyone looking to see all the major landmarks of the island, as well as gain a deeper understanding about the island's history and it's people.

Starting from when we met the gentleman at the tour stand until Mama J dropped us back off was an amazing experience!!! So glad we chose to go on this excursion. Everyone was very nice, chill, and welcoming.

Our tour to Gibbs Cay to swim with the stingrays was amazing! Highly recommend this tour! Erickson was a great guide and very friendly! The water was amazing- like a swimming pool! and saw many stingrays :) We also climbed the hill on the island to see the other side- great view! Beautiful place! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because online we paid $65 per person but the other family that went with us, was only charged $50 for the adult and $40 for the child so we were alittle bummed that we over-paid. So maybe instead of booking online, just wait until you get to Grand Turk, find their booth and pay cash there. You will avoid paying more per person and avoid all the fees we paid online.

My family and I just took a tour here with Dwight! Our experience was fantastic, and he treated us just like family. This was our favorite stop on our cruise thanks to the tour. We couldn’t ask for a better experience, and would highly recommend this company to anyone else visiting Grand Turk!

We had a wonderful tour with Papa J’s while visiting Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos. Dwight was a great tour guide and educated us on all the sites and things Grand Turk had to offer! Grand Turk was or favorite stop on our cruise and we’re certain Papa J’s was a big reason why! (Not to mention it was their FIRST DAY with carnival and they knocked it out of the park!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
