First of all, Grace Bay Club is an amazing resort if you’re looking for beautiful, quiet and peaceful. If you desire some night life or music at the pool, this would not be a good choice. The food and service were quality driven but the cocktails were a bit pricey and pretty weak. The beach is amazing with the most blue water you will ever see and powder white sand. There was too much beach seaweed while we were there but they said it was due to the weather. Not sure how often this is the case but it did indeed take away from the beauty of walking on the beach. The hotel section does not have an elevator which didn’t bother us but may some others if they don’t want to be on the first floor and require or desire assistance versus stairs. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the two pools are impeccable. The adult only pool was pleasantly enforced by staff and/or respected by guests with children. We appreciated this. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for most and if the upscale, quiet vibe is what you’re going for, this is for you! A special thank you to ANTONIO and RAMSEY, our concierge staff, who were kind, attentive, and helpful. 😊

The very best thing about Grace Bay Club Resort is the service! The staff is plentiful and wonderful in every area of the resort. From the minute you check-in, you are treated like royalty--they are warm, welcoming, helpful and will attend to your every need. It is certainly not the newest resort on the island and certain areas look a little tired in comparison to other hotels at the same price point and quality. One quick solution to update the overall look of the resort would be to paint the entire exterior white. The cream/yellow combined with the red tile roof and the tuscan architecture makes the resort look older than it is. A clean white mixed with the red tile would give it an updated vibe. (Just my humble opinion!) Our room was beautiful, but little details were overlooked (lamp shades were wonky and missing the pieces that made them stay straight, a piece of wall paneling was broken loose and falling off the wall) but it's hard to complain when there is so much that is right. One thing that definitely needs attention to are the mattresses. I don't know the age of our mattress but there was no support (and I love a cushy mattress!) and my husband and I rolled to the middle. On the good side... location was perfect, food was great, spa was lovely and I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

Went here to eat at Infiniti. The grounds are great and you can sit in the bar / lounge area with no reservation if there is room. You have to ask for the full menu. Food was good but smaller plates with high prices. We had 2 drinks an appetizer and a plate for $150. They do have a sunset view. Being the big spray as we were getting eaten up while at dinner.

Guys, you claim to be quite upscale and 'old money's quality but you literally served us a broken up piece of Hershey's chocolate bar, 2 graham crackers, and 6 marshmallows for a $18 dollar "dessert". Like is this a joke? $18 for a Hershey's bar, 2 graham crackers, and 6 marshmallows. I would have expected more from one of the best rated places to stay in Turks and for the price. Completely disappointed by this.
