Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. A very welcoming place with very helpful staff. This place really exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were constantly making sure everything was to our liking. Franklin who was our concierge was "amazinggg" he was very caring and overall a fantastic host. Tiffany was our second concierge and she was just as caring and booked everything we wanted to do. The beach staff were equally as attentive, always checking in on us. Lots of food options with a large breakfast buffet. Our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely be returning.

If you’re wondering if you should stay at Grace Bay Club…you should. Exceeded our expectations & all of the staff are beyond accommodating & kind. The rooms are so spacious, clean & have everything you need AND the food is great. They have endless amenities & activities. This is by far my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Management is doing a phenomenal job! Could not recommend this place enough.

After much research on where to go for an anniversary trip, we decided to stay at Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos. I'm SO glad we did!! It is absolutely beautiful!! We stayed in "The Hotel" section which is adult only, but didn't have a hotel feel at all. It was a beautiful tropical resort with amazing ocean views. The beach was absolutely beautiful. A very long stretch of white powder sand that did not once feel crowded. Even with families, there was a very open feel. The pool and beach staff was very friendly and were always happy to bring us any drinks or food we wanted, whether it was on the beach or at the pool. The room was very clean and the staff was incredible. They kept our fridge stocked with water, laundry soap was left in the laundry room and high end L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotions are available for use, which was a very pleasant surprise!! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the wait staff was very friendly! Antonio and Ramsey were the best concierges and they arranged anything we wanted from dinner reservations to taxis. The food and service at the hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone was so nice. The bartenders were very accommodating to us. Jean, Joel and all of the others were very friendly and service was top notch! We are already looking forward to go back!! Hands down, the best place in the Caribbean!!

Amazing experience at Grace Bay Club. We stayed in a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom suite with a gorgeous view. The entire staff was exceptional. Godfrey was incredible to work with and made sure we were well taken care of every day. We look forward to going back to Grace Bay Club in the future!

There were issues with our flight leaving the island so I booked a night at the grace bay club for my son and I last minute. The first night and was fine. We weren’t there long before going back to the airport to only learn that again our flight was canceled for the day. So I booked a higher level room at the grace bay club again using credit card points. My son was upset about us being delayed two days and so I wanted to treat us. When I got there they said that they didn’t have that room and we were to stay in the lower level room that we were in the night before. Two months later I am still trying to get them to reimburse me for the extra amount for the upgraded room we did not receive. The staff the second day was also incredibly rude. Down to accusing me of stealing something from the gift shop. It was an all around horrible experience. They are scam artists.
