Five star Caribbean adventure! Our tour guide highlighted all the exciting spots — La Familia shipwreck, the Cays, Noah’s Ark, the sandbar, and a quick tour of where the stars stay. We had such a magical time sightseeing from the water!Be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen, fresh water, sunglasses, and a towel — ocean water in your face gets salty!
The experience was GREAT!! AJ was our guide and pointed out turtles and took us around to areas we never would have seen without the jet skis.
They picked us up on time at our resort. The owner drove us to the marina and answered all the questions we had about life on the island.
10/10 Experience!
We had a wonderful time doing the 2hr tour to the ship wreck, Iguana Island, and Tiki Bar. We were picked up from our hotel and the driver was super cool. The only thing is we had to have our hotel call them earlier that day to confirm that they would be coming and what time as we did not hear any communication from them. However, they came pretty close to pick up time and everything else after that was easy. When we got there another group of two was going to join us. They were not very experienced and we were not either so the guide took everything very slow and let us go at our own speed. The water was so calm and beautiful! Even though we are not experienced jet skiers, we are pretty adventurous people and have jet skied before. However, we got sick the night before and were worried about how this would affect us. We were super appreciative that our guide was chill. As a result, we went through the activities quickly and there was some time left so he took us through a waterway where there are nice homes and turtles. It was very appreciated that he came up with another site for us to see. I believe our guide was Surge, but I am not 100% on spelling (sorry). Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We had a great 2 hour guided jet ski adventure. Rashad and Serge were awesome and we would recommend it to everyone. Caicos H2O is the best value and Serge was an awesome guide. We went to the shipwreck, iguana island and the sandbar. Will book with them again when we return to TCI!!
Made us wait 2 1/2 hours because they didn’t have enough jet skis. Meanwhile the tide and wind picked up. Finally got them and then the drive to the shipwreck was like being water boarded. They never mentioned to bring goggles. We turned around and stopped the tour immediately. Then he charged me full price. Take a boat to the ship wreck and other islands. Guy blamed Covid I blame someone irresponsible who we ultimately paid full price to. Should of made sure you had the jet skis at the marina or told us to go back vs wasting our last morning and missing low tide. Use the BIG company next door with plenty of jet skis.
