Beach Cake had comfortable beds and linens, was clean and decorated tastefully. The outdoor showers are so neat and the many places to enjoy the sun and ocean view are astounding! Farrah set us up with groceries and stayed in touch to make sure all was well. The kitchen is set up for minimal cooking; knives could use a refresh.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Beautiful, clean & well equipped villa. Super friendly staff and Candela is the best at ensuring that you have everything you need throughout your stay! Would highly recommend and will most definitely visit again soon!

We stayed at the Beach Shack for our 25th wedding anniversary. As it was just the two of us, this one bedroom one bath home was exactly what we were looking for! Located right on the beach with Smith Reef as our backyard, we snorkeled daily with Sea Turtles, Sting Rays, Eagle Rays, Barracuda, and a nice variety of fish. In close proximity to several good restaurants (we enjoyed Sharkbite for a few lunches and dinners, BACI for late night Pizza, and Turks Wave Cafe for multiple great breakfasts! Provo is small... so anything you want to travel to is only 10-15 minutes away! We loved this location in Turtle Cove away from the busy Grace Bay Area... but close enough if you want to do some shopping, dining, etc. Would recommend this location 1000%!!! The source, and specifically, Candela were attentive to anything we needed, checking in with us daily and solving even the smallest of issues... AMAZING service!

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon last week (5/12-5/17/24) in the beautiful Turks and Caicos at our private villa Beach Kandi. Our house was not only beautiful but the staff at the source was INCREDIBLE. Our housekeeping took the best care of us and our driver was simply amazing. But the BIGGEST shout out goes to our concierge Crystal. The weeks leading up to the honeymoon and wedding were a blur but Crystal put my mind at ease with quick responses and detailed help getting the trip set up. Upon arrival she and the housekeeping staff greeted us at the villa with drinks, a cool towel and personal tour of the house. She was just a text away through the whole trip and made sure our whole trip went perfectly from start to finish. Crystal, we cannot thank you enough. Booked a group (me included) for the Solarah Villa and it was nothing short of amazing and a GRAND time!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and all the amenities, especially the pool. However, the staff and chef made this vacation the most memorable and top tier! Our house manager left us feeling so spoiled that we didn’t want to leave. From doing the laundry to little touches throughout the days, she was hands down the absolute best. Not to mention again the chef – did I mention the chef? The food was 5 star and better than delicious. Our driver was also very accommodating and hospitable to take us wherever we needed to go. The Source manager was also so kind and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt safe as the storm (cat 1 hurricane) was passing by. My mom was terrified, and all the staff made us feel so secure and provided flashlights and batteries and stocked us with snacks and water. I never want to go anywhere else but here with our same staff. Thank you all for a fabulous time and for taking such great care of us. You are all THE absolute best team!!!!
