The Ritz-Carlton

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. All was amazing. The beach offers stunning views, and the swimming pool is great as well. There are two pools one adult only and kid friendly. The food was always great. The warmth and friendliness of every staff member was the high point of this visit. We would especially like to thank Davone, who enhanced our overall experience.

Great hotel with exceptional service. We were greeted with rum punch and water upon check in. We stayed in the ocean view, two bedroom suite and there was the most beautiful view from this room! I was there for a birthday trip and they were very sweet to remember and surprised me with a birthday cupcake in my room. The maids go the extra mile and neatly laid out my jewelry on a table and toiletry items in the bathroom. There was turn down service every evening, where they leave chocolates (one with Passionflower and another with Valerian), cartons of water at the bedside table. We loved all of these little details! There was live music in the lobby on the weekends and this was such a vibe. There is a spa, a casino, a gym, two swimming pools and plenty of lawn chairs on the beach. From the maids, to the waitresses at restaurants, to concierge…everyone was a delight. Special shot out to Luz, one the waitresses at the restaurant, for making sure a birthday girl was properly taken care of. You are too sweet, thank you so much, love! I am already planning another trip to The Ritz for next year.

Can’t get any better. Can’t be any closer.We have come to Turks & Caicos regularly and the Ritz is by far our favorite place to stay on the island.The grounds are beautiful and it’s close to everything.Kids club is great. A pool just for the kids and a quiet pool for adults. Gym is 24/7.Not mention, you are right on Grace Bay, the most beautiful beach we have ever been to.

Our stay at the Ritz made our trip amazing! The property is spacious and very clean. The room with ocean front view was magical! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Brandy checked us in and she was such a vibe. Akeem at the bar treated us so well. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in the residence building at the Ritz Carlton, and could not have chosen a better location. The rooms were immaculate, the area is very safe, with great restaurants on-site or nearby. Plus a large grocery store across the street. The staff at the Ritz go above and beyond, regardless if your need is urgent or trivial, and they do it with a smile. The amenities leave you wanting for nothing, they have simply thought of everything you could possibly need. With 3 very large pools (1 for kids and family, and 2 adult pools) and the most beautiful ocean, pick your choice of where you’d like to spend your time being pampered in luxury.
