The Ritz-Carlton

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I've stayed at many Ritz properties and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory to say the least. I should have known that there would be issues since the hotel and Marriott Bonvoy Premium Care team cannot even return phone calls and emails. I am so disappointed in a brand that claims to provide exemplary service and that they're the "gold standard". This could not be further from the truth. First impressions are everything and the service at this hotel was incredibly slow and unaccommodating from the get-go. The amenities are not anything spectacular either. This property opened less than four years ago and one would think that it would be much nicer. Their management team needs an overhaul. The only thing that this place has going for it is that the restaurants and their staff were incredible. Overall, save your money, do yourself a favor, and stay elsewhere!

The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos exceeded every expectation I had—everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location is absolutely fantastic, sitting right on the beach with stunning views that made every moment feel like paradise. The food was beyond incredible—each meal was a delight, with flavors that were perfectly balanced and made with the freshest ingredients. The rooms were immaculate—so clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. What really set this place apart, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making the stay even more memorable. I loved every minute of my time at The Ritz-Carlton, and I can't wait to return in the future. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway, this is the place to be.

Great place to stay. The breakfast that Chef Barbara oversees is absolutely amazing and a great value with many organic foods and meats included in the morning buffet. Room service 2 or 3 times a day checking to be sure everything is perfect for you. Rooms have great views of the beach and ocean. Absolutely a go to place to have on your bucket list. Thank you Barbara for keeping our bellies full of the best foods available.

Frequently called a paradise island and it does live up to its name. The Ritz here is everything you would expect from this chain. There are 3 places to eat within this Hotel and two are pretty outstanding. The Casa Nonna serves Italian food, and does it well. The Noori Sushi Bar also has a good menu, not just Sushi so quite a good selection. I was a bit disappointed with the third restaurant, the BLT which is primarily a steak restaurant. Not at the food, which was good, tasty and well served. The main issue was the service, both at the table and from the kitchen. We had booked an 8 p.m. table but they were not able to seat us until 8.30 p.m. They could be forgiven for that but it took them a further 30 minutes to take our order. The glasses of rose wine were served, not perfectly chilled and by the time our meal arrived what was left of our wine was quite warm. 45 minutes for a steak to arrive just added to our previous frustrating waiting issues. As the most expensive restaurant in this Ritz, I would have expected better. Obviously staffing issues on this occasion. If you do try it, you may be luckier. Overall the staff within the Ritz Carlton here are very friendly, polite and keen to please. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and the linen is changed very frequently.
