Silver Deep

Took a snorkeling and iguana beach tour through Beaches resort (Silver Deep was the company that took us), and they made the experience awesome! They were very helpful during snorkeling, they were very kind and playful with the kids and they made sure everyone had a great time. They even made a couple special stops for us and dove for sand dollars that they gave to each family. I would highly recommend!

Terrible. Booked a half day fishing trip with them on our last full day on vacation. We got up early and all ready to go, only to get a call a half hour before we were set to leave cancelling the trip because they didn’t have enough people. What a joke! I’m sorry but you don’t run a business that way. You should honor your commitment and take out the people who already paid and scheduled it into their vacation plans. Don’t book anything with Silver Deep unless you want them to cancel on you last minute.

Inquired about a boat trip for the next day, they said they did not have any but they could try to put one together. I made it clear that we needed to know by 10 am the next day at the latest or we would make other plans for our last day. They requested our credit card number in case they could do it and stupidly I gave it (Don't give your credit card number unless you are actually on the boat!!!) By noon the next day, we still had not heard from them, we had tried to call many times, no answer and drove to the office but no one there so we went on another company (that was excellent). By 2 pm Silver Deep called us to say they had a trip going now. When I explained that it was too late, we were already on other boat, they said they were going to charge our credit card anyway and they did. Fighting with credit card company now and Silver deep is lying, saying the trip was planned all along and that we just changed our mind and stayed too long at the beach and missed the boat...They are liars, unreliable and untrustworthy, STAY AWAY!

Awful experience. We bought tickets for the "Glass Bottom Boat Tour" and were put onto another tour without finding out until we were out on the water. They put us on this tour to just make money and fill up the boat. I e-mailed them to ask for something to be done and I was sent rude messages. This is not what we signed up for as this was a much longer tour that we did not want since my mother becomes sick on long boat rides.Just a word to watch out. The crew was very nice but if something goes wrong they do not care about you. Make sure you are on the right tour!In addition, this is not a "glass bottom boat".

Cancelled the night before, well after we were able to make alternate plans, because some of the other tour participants were unable to make it. Unreliable, particularly if you only have a few days on island.
