4 years agoCaicos Adventures made my first time scuba diving a great experience! They are very safety oriented and very helpful when it came to our concerns and asking questions. John and Johnny were very patient and made sure we got the most out of the experience. Asa and William were also great! The coral was beautiful and we got to see barracuda, lobster, lion fish, shrimp, and a lot of other cool fish. Between the two dives they provided us with sandwiches, chips, and juice. They also provide you with wetsuits. It rained a little bit on the boat ride back but there is plenty of room on the boat for coverage from the rain for you and your belongings. They also have a bathroom on board. Highly recommend Caicos Adventures if you are looking to book scuba diving while staying on the island. We can’t wait to go back and scuba dive with them again!

6 years agoOur group of 5 had an amazing time of sightseeing and snorkeling on/around French Key. Captain/tour guide Kevin and tour guide Keith were so fun, engaging, and knowledgeable. We saw some beautiful fish, conch, reef sharks, nurse sharks, and more. The food (as you can see in the photo) were also excellent.

7 years agoThis place is great! The instructors are superb (especially Melissa and Jack) and they are very thorough when it comes to training. At first I was very scared of diving since I was new but after a few sessions I managed to share their passion and love for the sea, as well as feeling very safe in the water because they trained us and explained everything so well. The equipment is also very good and well maintained. I had a great time and I'll definitely use them when I come back. The only thing is that their shop staff are completely clueless...

3 years agoDiving with Caicos adventures was an amazing experience! My husband and I did a two boat group dive in West Caicos. The dive master (David) and boat captain were very professional and helpful. During the boat ride to the dive site David gathered the group and took his time to give us a tour of where we where going, what we might see, what to expect, and a refresher on diving safety (reading the dive computers, maintaining proper depth, signs used, etc). During the dive David was attentive to each of us and took his time. He also pointed to us hidden creatures and such. The dive itself was incredible! We saw at least 4 black tip reef sharks and 2 spotted eagle rays along with numerous fish and corals. They provided refreshments during the boat ride (cooler with soda and water to take as pleased) and provided sandwiches for lunch. They ask you what your preference is for the sandwiches and I was very happy that they catered to my vegetarian diet and that their veggie sandwich was actually quite tasty! There was also plenty of places to hang out at the boat, with cozy bean bags by the front of the boat. On the boat ride back we saw a mama dolphin and her baby, so the captain stopped the boat and let us walk watch in awe. I would most definitely recommend diving with Caicos adventures! The only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of follow up during the booking process for the dive. I had emailed to make a reservation and was asked to call instead. After making the international phone call to schedule the reservation I was told that we only had 3 divers registered at the time and that at least 4 divers were needed in order for the dive to be confirmed. I was told I would get a confirmation call, which I never did. The day before my scheduled dive I emailed to follow up on whether the dive was confirmed and got no answer. At this point I was already at Turks and Caicos and my hotel was walking distance to the dive shop, so I made a trip there personally and I received a nonchalant confirmation. I would have very much appreciated a confirmation phone call or email!

4 years agoI wish I could rate them more than five stars. After 2 days of going on snorkeling tours were we couldn't snorkel for safety reasons as tide was high (not the tour companies fault it happens). We were stoked when they were able to accommodate us last minute for a full day snorkel tour to west caicos. BOOK HERE FOR AN AMAZING JOURNEY. The price is an amazing deal. The captain and crew were so accommodating and knowledgeable about the sea life. Plus small group of 6 people. We had an amazing lunch, visited a deserted island, and snorkeled among sharks, barracudas, and other amazing sea life. Ended the day diving for shells we got to take home. We can not thank you enough and hope to come back for scuba diving in the future.
