What an amazing experience!! From the initial call inquiring about the half day excursion to planning the menu and me being nervous about the weather, they were so patient and reassuring that everything would ok. From the moment we stepped on to the dock until we returned, we were treated to first class service with everything. Captain Sean and Mario made our adventure so memorable. We saw Dreamer the dolphin, turquoise waters, iguanas, and felt the ocean breeze. There is no other excursion that can show you Turks & Cacios like a day on the water. The food was great and Mario’s Rum Punch was outstanding. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations for this adventure! My daughter ‘s birthday was made so special by this experience.

Andrea, Captain Santos, Tony and Johan were absolutely the best crew to charter a boat tour with. We booked for 4 hours with 1 hour of jet skiing. The food and unlimited drinks, cocktails, specialty juices, fruit trays and snacks were exceptionally delicious! Andrea was quick to respond and maintained a communication line from the beginning of the booking process all the way until 1 hour before the tour. Her customer service was a 1000! The Salacia, words can't describe how luxurious and beautiful this yacht was. Snorkeling gear included. If you're on the fence, just book them. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time with Poseidon on a half-day cruise last week. The attention to customer service before, during, and after the cruise is second to none. The Turks & Caicos Islands are unbelievably beautiful, and there is no better, more relaxing way to see them than cruising on one of Poseidon's yachts. We spent the afternoon on the Iris, but saw the Calypso as well, and they are both magnificent ships.We loved our vacation, but this was far and away the highlight of our trip. Special kudos to Captain Shawn and Mario for making it a memorable day!

Booked Poseidon 2 times while there. We had so much fun on our full day on Salacia we decided to do a sunset cruise on Calypso! We rode Calypso last year on an adult trip but had so much fun we brought the kids for their first family trip and went out 2 days! Ronald the captain and Mario are like family!!! They remembered us from last year and were so happy to meet our kids! It feels like going to visit family every time! Mario makes the best Rum Punch and conch ceviche on the island!! You have to try it! If you haven’t booked with them you are really missing out on the full Turks experience! I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family! Thank you everyone for such a memorable time. Can’t wait to see you all next year! I already want to go back.
