3 months agoWe had such a great experience at this restaurant. We sat outside and it was the perfect atmosphere for my birthday dinner. Ambience was pleasant and soothing. Service…impeccable! And the food! Oh my, this was some of the best food I have ever tasted. We started with the Seafood Taste Plate, which was amazing. Ordered the Caribbean Red Coconut Curry for the main course and when I tell you that this dish superseded all of my expectations. It was bursting with flavor and the seafood was fresh. There was such an ample amount of a variety of seafood in this dish, so much it could be shared by 2, in my opinion. We would definitely revisit this restaurant again while in Turks and Caicos! 10/10, hands down.

3 weeks agoService is AMAZING!! Food was delicious too. Definitely a place for fine dining. Appetizers were fun to try, since it’s a little of everything. Lobster was delicious. Went in without reservation and was seated right away. It’s located inside a resort/hotel so has nice places to take pictures.

4 months agoDuring our recent trip to Turks and Caicos, we had the pleasure of dining at The Indigo, located at the stunning Wymara Resort. This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites on the island. In July 2024, I celebrated my birthday dinner at The Indigo, and it was a great experience. The setting is simply top-notch, with a beautiful ambiance that perfectly complements the cuisine. We savored their flavorful soup, the perfectly cooked beef filet, and a delightful shrimp pasta. A special highlight was the gluten-free bread, which was a thoughtful touch for those with dietary restrictions. They even brought me a free dessert for my birthday celebration. While the prices were on the steeper side, every bite was worth it. The quality and presentation of the dishes, along with the professional service, made it a truly worthwhile.Whenever we find ourselves back in Turks and Caicos, a visit to The Indigo will be on our itinerary. Highly recommended!

a month agoIndigo was excellent. The steak was succulent, and the lobster was incredibly fresh—both dishes were fantastic. We also tried the Stack of Fresh Sustainably Harvested Turks Lobster, essentially a lobster tartare, which was also enjoyable. It's worth mentioning that the steak is dry-aged for five weeks.

5 months agoI hardly give 5 stars but this place deserves it. The food was really good but the dessert was out of this world. For entree we had the "Caribbean Red Coconut Curry" (Seafood) and the dinner special (NZ Snapper). Both really tasty and fresh. The size of the portions was just right. For dessert we had the "Deconstructed Banoffer Pie", best choice of the night. I am not someone who cares much for sweets but this is a must try. Especially if you like chocolate (who doesn't?). The service was great. Christopher, our waiter, was very nice and professional. As everything on this island (Grace Bay) is expensive but this is completely worth your money.
