Grace Bay Club

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. A very welcoming place with very helpful staff. This place really exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were constantly making sure everything was to our liking. Franklin who was our concierge was "amazinggg" he was very caring and overall a fantastic host. Tiffany was our second concierge and she was just as caring and booked everything we wanted to do. The beach staff were equally as attentive, always checking in on us. Lots of food options with a large breakfast buffet. Our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely be returning.

After much research on where to go for an anniversary trip, we decided to stay at Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos. I'm SO glad we did!! It is absolutely beautiful!! We stayed in "The Hotel" section which is adult only, but didn't have a hotel feel at all. It was a beautiful tropical resort with amazing ocean views. The beach was absolutely beautiful. A very long stretch of white powder sand that did not once feel crowded. Even with families, there was a very open feel. The pool and beach staff was very friendly and were always happy to bring us any drinks or food we wanted, whether it was on the beach or at the pool. The room was very clean and the staff was incredible. They kept our fridge stocked with water, laundry soap was left in the laundry room and high end L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotions are available for use, which was a very pleasant surprise!! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the wait staff was very friendly! Antonio and Ramsey were the best concierges and they arranged anything we wanted from dinner reservations to taxis. The food and service at the hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone was so nice. The bartenders were very accommodating to us. Jean, Joel and all of the others were very friendly and service was top notch! We are already looking forward to go back!! Hands down, the best place in the Caribbean!!

If you’re wondering if you should stay at Grace Bay Club…you should. Exceeded our expectations & all of the staff are beyond accommodating & kind. The rooms are so spacious, clean & have everything you need AND the food is great. They have endless amenities & activities. This is by far my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Management is doing a phenomenal job! Could not recommend this place enough.

Franklyn our concierge was AMAZing! The staff all over the rest were nice and welcoming. The beach is beautiful the excursions they set us up was so much fun! Thank you grace bay club for a beautiful time!

I was there in April with my son. THEY KEPT MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE and fraudulently used it for someone else's December reservation, charging first a little over $10,000 and then this month $53,903.49 #1) They should NOT keep credit cards on file. #2) I've called 4 times...their room reservation staff are rude. I've had NO call backs, NO resolution. Next time...One of the other more responsive Resorts. NEVER GRACE BAY CLUB
