So refreshing to find an honest trustworthy jeweler with beautiful pieces at fair prices.

I had a great experience with purchasing jewelry at this store. Dave is a wonderful friendly sales man, not pushy and will give you the best price! I will buying from there again!

I bought 2 bracelets and the clasps on them were faulty. The emails don’t go through and no one answers the phone. I wish I had not bought the 2 bracelets. I had to get them fixed when I got back to the USA.they are a little pushy too.

Buyer beware! I bought 4 pieces of jewelry while in Turks last fall and spent several thousands of dollars. 2 pieces were Christmas gifts for my adult daughters. Both rings had loose stones, one had a cracked stone not visible to the eye, the other had a diamond fall out within one week of wearing. Both items were sent back to Goldsmith ($30 cost for each), the first was returned and stones were still loose. ($60 charge for jeweler to fix in states). None of the additional expenses were covered by Goldsmith. I will say I have not had issues with the other two pieces I bought for myself, and I enjoyed to local salespeople, but I don't think I will buy out of the country again.

I just received a bracelet that I ordered through Goldsmith Grace Bay (the airport location). I am THRILLED with it! It is well built, beautiful, and priced right! DAVE, from Goldsmith, was my salesman. I cannot say enough about his professionalism! Dave was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and courteous... and he gave me a good deal! Ask for DAVE!
