Fast Track TCI

Excellent service. Check to see how many flights are landing around your arrival time- if there are any others, this service is worth it. Despite the long line at the airport, we were through customs in 5 minutes with this service. Would absolutely use again. Very efficient.

Do not recommended! My wife booked a round trip ride for in the city. When the driver came to pick us up he said he saw we didn’t book a return when in fact we did. The customer service office called us and told us it would be another $85 for us to get back to our resort. We had already paid $85 for a round trip ride. The website states that the price for a round trip in city is $85. If that is not the case the site is very misleading. I will post pictures below of what the site looks like when you book a round trip service.

Grade = F. Cancelled my reservations to their policy (give them credit that they accepted the cancellation) but they would not refund my deposit after emailing it would be received in 10 days. I reached out 3x asking for credit with zero response. Untimely my credit card company, after disputing this charge, credited my account.btw, I cancelled the reservation as the cost of TCI was more than renting a compact car for the week in T&C. I got through the custom line in ~45 minutes and had a car to use the entire week.

Awful service! Awful customer service! If I could have given a negative 5 rating I would. I have used this service for my family for three consecutive years in both directions at a cost of $300 per direction. We arrived just before Christmas each time and departed around New Years. This is the busiest time at the airport when the service should have been of greatest benefit. The previous two years, there was a marginal benefit of using the service when we arrived. We were somewhat escorted through the airport by different Fast Track TCI employees and likely reduced our time by 20 minutes. For departing flights, the service is more or less a waste of money as other than getting ahead of the initial line (which has usually been about 30 people), there is no involvement with Fast Track TCI. We saved about 10 minutes or less. The minor benefit of using Fast Track TCI was erased this year. One Fast Track TCI employee brought us to the customs line that was supposed to be expedited. It was not. The family one row in front of us on the plane that went through the regular customs line was through about 25 minutes before us. In other words, I spent $300 to get through the airport much slower than basically everyone else on the plane. After we finally got through customs, we never came in contact with another Fast Track TCI employee. Unlike previous years, their service consisted simply of one employee bringing us to a slow customs line. While we were waiting in that customs line, I did leave it at one point to speak with the Fast Track TCI employee and express my concerns. I was told to send a message. I have since sent two messages. Forgot a refund! Forget an apology! I haven't even received a response! Fast Track TCI has not only been a 100% waste of money, it is worse than that. I spent $300 to get through the airport slower. Should be rebranded as SLOW TRACK TCI which would be a much more appropriate name. Do yourself a favour. Save your money and don't use Fast Track TCI. You might also save some time!

Excellent service and well worth the money. Regular passport control line arriving at 242pm on Thursday was at least and hour plus wait. We were through passport control and into our private car also booked with fast track in 20 mins. Ground crew is friendly and easy to spot. Also booked for departures and did the private car. They picked us up early And after checking in with our airline they assisted with getting through security. They can’t help with the lines for checking in at the airport that is the passenger responsibility and they make that very clear
