DA CONCH SHACK is one of the most popular local seafood restaurants in Turks and Caicos, located beachfront at picturesque Blue Hills Beach on Providenciales’ northwestern side.
Da Conch Shack’s menu is heavily influenced by conch, as the name implies, and dishes such as conch salad, conch fritters, conch chowder, and cracked conch are frequently available. There is also a variety of local and imported fish, shrimp, and, during the local open season, fresh Caribbean spiny lobster harvested in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Da Conch Shack is one of several beachfront restaurants on Providenciales that receive a lot of attention; others include Bugaloo’s Conch Crawl,Omar’s Beach Hut, Bay Bistro, and Ricky’s on the Beach.

a week agoWe had a fantastic and generous amount of food at Da Conch Shack. The food was well done but the most and splendid experience came from the staff member Vetianna... she was incredible and took care of is so well. Only issue we had was that the wind was strong and cold, but no one could control that. They could use a closed door room for patrons that want to dine without the high winds. But food, staff and location was to our liking, party of 5.

a month agoGreat ambiance. Food is pricey (you pay for the view). Conch fritters weren't as flavorful as other restaurants on the island. The Chicken curry was pretty good. Live band at 2PM on a Saturday was great! Service was a bit slow so expect to stay more than an hour for lunch but that's OK because the view is awesome. You can swim on the beach while you wait or watch them harvest conch.

a month agoDa Conch Shack was our first and most memorable meal in Provo. Need a car to get to this location, which is right on the beach. Great, friendly service and the food was great, especially the Pirate’s Pot which is a seafood stew in a light ginger, soy broth that was so flavourful. Conch fritters and cracked conch were also delicious. I went back to Da Conch Shack one morning to walk along the beach, and saw someone at the restaurant harvesting conchs for that day. Was really neat to also see conchs that had washed up onshore. A very enjoyable experience that is a must-visit while in Provo.

5 months agoFood and Atmosphere are GREAT!! Right on the beach and the views are amazing! I went right at opening time on a Saturday in June and it was perfect! Food is DELICIOUS and reasonably priced; environment is serene; service was very hospitable! Be sure to go right to the beach and grab you a Conch shell- they are the prettiest here, so I am told by the locals!

4 months agoThe service was good but it took extremely long to get our food. My husband's had the chicken curry, which he raved about, and I had the jerk ribs. The conch fritters are good as well. The key lime pie was meh... no prominent key lime taste. It tasted more like just condensed milk. The food is pricey, but that's standard for TCI. The atmosphere was nice and beautiful. It is a great place for photos.
