a week agoTruly a magical place. I don’t have the words to describe how wonderful our visit was. Our villa was perfect with thoughtful touches throughout, the pool was warm and clean all the time. The beach was empty with the softest sand and the ocean was stunning. Sha was so kind and caring and made our visit extremely special. The food and drinks were excellent. The bicycles were fun to ride around the island. The natural beauty is awe inspiring. Worth every penny.

in the last weekWe had a beach villa to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Furnishings were shabby... service was abysmal. Our butler refused to book activities and sent me instead to the concierge to book them myself. She has a horrible attitude and was averse to being hospitable. We had to ask for a change as her behavior became threatening and unpleasant. The hotel accepted her behavior was unacceptable and agreed to a change. Our next butler was like night and day. He was what we expected for over 5k a night... btw no one apologized for our dreaded experience. Then we asked the hotel to award our Como points.. it wasn't done and the 45k we spent went down the toilet. Como club isn't a real thing. Don't waste your money on this abysmal resort. We left so disappointed and sad. It wasn't meant to be special and a once in a lifetime trip.

2 months agoWe had a wonderful trip here for our anniversary. The resort is stunning with all you need: gym, fitness classes, spa, bicycles, tennis courts ! The turn down service each night was special, with little gifts left for us. For this level of resort and price point, it definitely has some areas for opportunity. The tennis rackets and tennis balls need a serious update. As do the bicycles. They are not well maintained. The service was good for the most part. There were times they didn't fill up the drinks we used in our room, and had to call multiple times to have this done. When we asked for a slightly early turn down one evening, they refuses. Also, the food options really should be better. Most nights only one restaurant was open. And one of those is an Asian restaurant. Nobody wants to eat Asian food every second night ! The options at the bar and main restaurant were also very limited and the same every day. Breakfast was great! I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. I just think for this price point and caliber of resort, there should be NOTHING left for improvement.

3 months agoAmazing stay at Como Parrot Cay for our anniversary! We went in September 2024 and had the most wonderful stay! Our room was gorgeous and we had a private pool that looked on to the ocean! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Dining experience was amazing! Great selection of wine and the wait staff so friendly and informative! You must get to Parrot Cay and enjoy a relaxed and tranquil experience in the most beautiful spot in the Caribbean! 🌴✈️🥰

3 months agoBeautiful private island retreat with the most beautiful crystal turquoise waters. Service personable. Spa amongst the best. Food healthy fresh and clean. Perfect island getaway for a quiet holiday or to relax, reset and release all stresses.
