2 months agoThis had to be the best dining experience we had on the island. The food was delicious and the ambiance was fantastic. The live jazz player was a phenomenal artist and really enhanced our dining experience.

7 months agoWe had a great meal here. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our party. Our server, Wood, even went so far as to sing happy birthday while balancing a dessert on his head with a live saxophone accompaniment. The food was great. Several members of our group said their meals were some of the best versions of the dishes they've had. Some noteworthy dishes were the butternut squash ravioli, meatballs, fried calamari, and crispy foccacia. It's also worth noting that the restaurant has a spacious set up with tables placed so that you're not dining on top of your neighbors.

in the last weekBeautiful restaurant with fine food but it is all a facade. Go visit this place if you have 4 hours of free time and like room temp food. They were understaffed and it SHOWED. However, we did notice workers standing around while our server drowned. I will say.. the meatballs were delicious. After we had such an amazing experience on the sunset cruise, this place completely destroyed the vibe. We were not the only ones with issues either. There was another party that walked up to a server by our table and told them they were ready to order drinks, so they had to wait so long they had to find a server and asked to order. Our server completely disappeared at one point. Just a terrible experience for us. Casa Nonna is a Casa No No for us. Never again.

3 months agoMy wife and I dined at Casa Nonna for our 1-year wedding anniversary and it was a fantastic experience! We were able to choose where we sat (inside or outside) and they almost immediately acknowledged our anniversary. We chose an outside table which was very peaceful with a nice view of the ocean. Our server was extremely kind and soft spoken and was very attentive throughout the evening. When it came time to pick a bottle of wine, Mary who is the manager of the restaurant, came to our table to recommend different types/bottles that would pair well with our meal. We were hesitant on which to order so she let us try multiple wines and choose which we liked best. After choosing a bottle of red, she even brought us a taster of a white wine that she liked as a complimentary drink! She not only helped us with our drink selection, she made great conversation with us and asked all about our anniversary and story before sharing her own. On top of all that, the food was incredible. The pasta was very fresh, not too heavy and had a great taste. Our experience felt truly personal and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, fancier meal with exceptional service.

a month agoWe always have an excellent dining experience here. Chef Freddie, bartender Mayank and waitress Waldine are lovely. We have had delicious food here (favorites: gnocchi, chicken parm, burrata, spinach salad, and spaghetti pomodoro!!!) The Ritz is VERY lucky to have a staff like this because believe it or not, THESE are the type of people that hold the place together :) UPDATE: another awesome dinner here. We consistently come back MANY times during our trips... not only for the food, but the great staff. Thanks to Chef Freddie for such tastiness as always!!!!!!!! He is absolutely awesome.
