a month agoThis was my first time parasailing as well as my daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. I made one phone call and had a brief conversation with customer service, who sent me information on where to be on the beach.Captain Marvin, who is very professional with an eclectic style, made our trip very comfortable. His 2 deck hands were also very friendly and extremely helpful. We chatted and laughed the entire trip. This was a breathtaking experience!! Our ride was very relaxing and amazing being up in the sky and looking around at the island 🏝.I know I can't speak for others who had a bad experience! I will be doing a next tour with Capt. Marvin, because he made this initial tour for me and my daughter a wonderful experience.Thank you, Captain and your crew!Much Respect!!!

5 months agoIt was an incredible experience, thank you captain Marvin! We booked the day before for 6 adults and one 6 year old. We parked right at turtle marina, got on the boat, and pushed off right away. The captain was a pro. Ideal experience!

8 months agoRecently booked and completed a parasail tour with Capt Marvin in Turks and Caicos on Feb 21 2023. My honest assessment is the following:The Good - Booking was easy and smooth. - Communication with Capt Marvin for pick up via my cell using text was great although they were late but did notify me. - The assistant Sammy also seemed unhappy but warmed up later and was a more friendly. - Parasail experience was fine and we were dunked 3 times in the water which was ok.The Bad - Upon entering the boat Capt did not welcome us to the boat had very serious face and did not smile the entire time. - Upon landing on the boat (3 of us) from the parasail two of us fell into water and were dragged swallowing water and hitting the side of the boat. My arm and leg were bruised and i was really unhappy at that point. I was scared for my son and my life as well but we made it through. - The assistant Sammy apologized several times but Capt did not react or look at us or talk to us to apologize. It seemed like he did not care at all.I have parasailed many times in different locations and the service on the boat was just not good at all.

2 years agoThis was our first parasailing experience, and we had a great time. I scheduled online 2 days in advance, and I exchanged a phone call and a few emails with Marvin and Tracey to ensure we were clear on expectations and pickup location. We were picked up on time by Marvin and two additional crew. We were welcomed on board, and we had a proper safety lesson. I've read the reviews here and at trip advisor, specifically the negative ones. No issues or concerns to share from our experience. Recommended.

a year agoCaptain Carlos and First Mate Walter were funtastic hosts to our parasailing adventure. We easily booked online and enjoyed the ease of the from-shore-pick-up. They knowledge put us at ease as we enjoyed the awe of parasailing - it was peaceful, quiet, and the views over the teal-blue waters was something we will all remember! My advice, book two-hours instead of one to get more fly time!
