He communicated with me throughout the trip and helped with recommendations so i can fully enjoy the island. Picking up and dropping off was super easy. I would definitely recommend them for your car rental to the island.

Bolt rental car....these guys are the best! We had a little Nissan March which wasn't our selected choice, the car was selected by Bolt and I learned that it was the only car available for us during our trip. It was fine though, a cool little car that got our family around the island safely.The car itself needs a little help. Yes, it got us around Provo and provided my family with a safe transportation experience while on the Island but it does need some maintenance care. My family and I were talking to the car while we were on the go because we believe that cars need that love!Yes, you can find a car rental company on the island that has more rental car options BUT you may not get the customer experience. The owner Jay is the man. He was in touch with us before we arrived, when we arrived, and even showed up at the airport when we dropped off the car.I know Jay is building out his company and I'm all for this. I support local businesses especially when the owner is honest, has integrity, and is doing the best for himself, his team, and his community. Jay even text my wife yesterday to make sure we made it back home safely! Come on, one of the bigger companies won't do that.Bolt is and will forever be our home rental car company when we visit Provo unless Jay opens another company. We rented a car for our 6 day stay on the island. From the time we booked until the day we left Jay was very friendly, responsive and available for any questions during our time, even providing lots of local recommendations for us. The compact car was in great condition and got us all around the island without any worries at all! The check in/check out process was seamless. Everything was smooth from the pickup and drop off. Easy instruction from start to finish. Jay was very helpful during our visit even gave us spots to check out on the island. Will definitely book with Bolt Rent A Car again in the future.
