The Blue Haven Resort is an all-inclusive resort in a gated community with its own private beach. The resort has spacious, modern, and well-kept studios and suites, and the beach and grounds are beautiful, with plenty of palm trees, grass, and bright tropical flowers to enjoy. Even when the hotel is full, it is easy to find a peaceful spot to escape, unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings because Blue Haven Resort occupies a long stretch of waterfront on the north eastern end of Providenciales. Free shuttle service provides all-inclusive access and dine-around privileges to our Turks and Caicos Collection sister resorts, Alexandra Resort and the adults-only Beach House.

a month agoWe stayed at Blue Haven for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The restaurants were fun and the nice dinners at the nice resort also added to the experience. The private beach was so quiet and it gave the entire resort a relaxing vibe. Having access to paddle boards and kayaks made exploring the nearby mangroves easy. The swim up bar was a nice addition and a nice place to chill out of the sun. The staff was all incredibly kind and welcoming, everyone was so helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to others.

a month agoWe are about to leave Blue Haven and had such a great time. The food, service, house keeping, and atmosphere were amazing. We traveled with 3 teens and they loved it as well. Natalie was great at the pool bar, Nica, Coco and Smiley kept the activities fun and competitive. :-) It was nice to make use of the sister resort for the beach and restaurants but loved Blue Haven so very much. Thank you for giving us a great family vacation!!

a month agoAcross the board, a strong 5/5 on this resort, it was exactly what we were hoping for. We just got back from a week's vacation with myself, my wife, and our three children (young adults 20, 18, 16). We wanted a somewhat quiet resort that we could have fun at, but not be one of a 1,000 other people. There was enough activity to keep us all entertained but not busy, the food was amazing, and the staff was extremely accommodating; they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and having a good time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a higher end resort experience, go to Blue Haven. The sister resort Alexandra has a nice beach and a good sushi bar, otherwise don't waste your time spending too much time there, the staff and quality of the resort were way better at Blue Haven.

a month agoFantastic all-inclusive resort. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Great service from front desk, maids, waiters, bartenders. A fun, chill place with music, trivia games, nice pool with swim-up bar. Food is excellent considering it's all imported (no real local supplies available.) Location is great: it gets a constant easterly wind to make it comfortable in 90+ degree weather. The beach itself is not impressive (like at it's sister resort, Alexandra) but the water is crystal clean and the temperature is perfectly refreshing. A great vacation for couples wanting wind-down time or those with small children. But teens might have a hard time finding something to occupy them. Looking for night-time excitement? Look elsewhere.

a month agoI know this is a review for blue haven and I mention Alexandra in the first paragraph. But I promise blue haven is coming in this review. This is our second trip to Alexandra and we LOVED it in 2021. We loved being able to come to blue haven for dinner or to hang out and play whenever. This trip they’ve installed wristband activated gates to get to the water sports or the salt restaurant; if you’re not staying at blue haven, you can’t get through the gates and you have to rely on security being at the gates. I’ll give them the fact that they’re most of the time there; but tonight when we came to dinner they weren’t and when we were done they weren’t.We found an opening in the bush and got through to the seating area we wanted to be at. I went up to the front desk and asked very politely if we’re staying at Alexandra why we can’t get through the gates that lead to the restaurant and water sports since the resorts are sisters. I was advised that it’s a rule and it won’t be changing. She told me that guests at Alexandra “usually stop at guest services and we can assist you to where you want to go”…uhhh since when???She then led me to the path that I can take if I want to avoid the gates - which is through the back end of fire and ice and through a completely dark (not a single light” walkway that leads to a back parking lot of salt, that even if I was brave enough to take the pathway and not trip and fall or not get lost - I would have no idea where I was. This is not a solution for my accident-prone self.Anyone…? Someone tell me I’m not the only one annoyed by this.Talked to Priscilla today who is the guest services manager and was advised that keycard access on the wristbands cannot be given to multiple resorts, so Alexandra guests cannot access the gates at blue haven…what??
