For those seeking the ultimate in privacy, Alizee is luxurious, very private, and stunning. From almost every direction, the 1.9-acre private property offers spectacular turquoise water views. Alizee sits on a bluff with views over your private 230’beach and amazing views of Chalk Sound National Park’s sparkling water, facing the famous Sunset Bay sunsets every day. There are four bedrooms in this villa. There is a formal living and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a screened sitting and dining area. All major appliances are included in Villa Alizee. A grand terrace and a covered gazebo surround the large pool, which is ideal for sun or shade bathing. Three kings and one set of twins that can be converted to a king make up the bed configuration. The Villa is made up of one main building with the Master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, two King Pods on either end of the pool, and an optional 5th bedroom guest house that can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Additional amenities include a 37′ HDTV flat screen and four other televisions.
