Chef Fitzroy Andre Forbes Young Culinary Professional Jamaican, Age 30. Now resides in the Turks and Caicos Islands With over 14 years of diverse international cooking experience. Garnering the techniques of various cuisines throughout his journey, from starting point at world renowned SANDALS RESORT INTERNATIONAL Sandals Dunns River (Jamaica) to then later Jewels Dunns River (Jamaica) by MARRIOTT.
He then later returned to Sandals taking on a leadership role at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios after which he got transferred to their sister property Beaches Turks and Caicos where he has become one of the pillars of the kitchen team.

5 months agoOur experience with 649 Caterers and Chef Fitzroy was fantastic!!! Our family was able to enjoy several dinner meals prepared by Chef Fitzroy. Each afternoon, he arrived with fresh groceries in hand. He prepared the meals, served the food, and then cleaned the kitchen. We were highly impressed by the level of professionalism that was shown. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. We told our family and friends about Chef Fitzroy and his amazing talent. We recommend Chef Fitzroy to anyone who is looking for a TOP NOTCH culinary experience. We truly appreciated how the service provided by 649 Caterers allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation time.

2 months agoWe had a fantastic experience with 649Caterers for their private chef services in T&C. I worked with owner, Fitroy Forbes, from start to finish and he was extremely pleasant and easy to work. He sent me sample menus to choose from for our brunch and dinner menus at our private villa. Both meals were extraordinary! From the exquisite table setting including pre-printed menus, to the overall presentation, to the food quality and variety, these meals were the highlight of our trip! The crew were so nice and fun taking pictures and videos for us. They cleaned up and put the food away so there literally wasn't one thing we needed to do. To cap it all off, they sent us a personalized video of our table and menus set to music no less! We were a group of 9 adults and from a pricing perspective, the cost was on par with the cost of going out to a nice restaurant and ordering a full dinner with drinks and dessert. I highly recommend 649Caterers for your personal chef needs in Turks & Caicos!

4 weeks agoCelebrated my 40th birthday. We were a group of 8 and had a birthday brunch and birthday dinner. Food was outstanding and customer service was top tier. Will definitely recommend using 649 caterers when you visit T&C! Thank you again for everything and making my birthday special!

3 months agoThis was the best brunch experience I’ve ever had in my life. The food was beyond amazing. Andre was an exceptional chef with an amazing personality. One of the best days here in Turks. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
