Chef Fitzroy Andre Forbes Young Culinary Professional Jamaican, Age 30. Now resides in the Turks and Caicos Islands With over 14 years of diverse international cooking experience. Garnering the techniques of various cuisines throughout his journey, from starting point at world renowned SANDALS RESORT INTERNATIONAL Sandals Dunns River (Jamaica) to then later Jewels Dunns River (Jamaica) by MARRIOTT.
He then later returned to Sandals taking on a leadership role at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios after which he got transferred to their sister property Beaches Turks and Caicos where he has become one of the pillars of the kitchen team.

They accommodated all our dietary restrictions and still provided an inclusive and creative menu. The team is efficiently and ensured we had an amazing experience!

On the day of the event, everything was delivered and set up perfectly. The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious—everyone loved it! The Fried Snapper Escovitch was a standout, and their attention to detail really elevated the entire evening. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring the night went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 4 months agoChef Andre was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Him and his staff well exceeded my expectations. He cooked things that were OUTSTANDING. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had me wanting more and more food. The plating of the food, decorations were fabulous.
